What's included in every rental:

1. Access to venue: for reserved time, including setup & teardown within booked hours.
2. Tables & chairs: renter is responsible for setup and teardown.
3. WIFI & Power Outlets: for business events, presentations or streaming.
4. Basic cleaning: light cleanup included. Renter must dispose of garbage and sweet. Deep cleaning is available as an add-on.
5. BYO Catering friendly space: guests can bring their own food and drinks.
