Make your event at The Gathering Place even more special with our customizable add-ons! Whether you need extra seating, A/V equipment, beverage stations, or décor, we have everything to bring your vision to life.

  2. Simply select your event rental package, then choose the add-ons you’d like to include!

Flower Exhibition

Event Setup & Decor Enhancements

  • Event planner: $50 per hour

  • Custom event Setup & Teardown: starting at $50

  • Event Cleaning: Starting at $50

  • Extra Hour Rental: $50 per hour on weekdays and $75 per hour on weekends

Beverage & Catering 

  • Catering Coordination: $100

  • Kitchenette Access: $25 per hour (requires a $60 cleaning fee if used)

  • Coffee & tea station: $100 (Serves up to 25 | Includes fresh brewed coffee from Perks, cream, sugar and cups)

  • Infused water station: $50 (Serves up to 50 | Includes water, pitcher, cucumber, seasonal herbs, lemon, lime, seasonal berries and cups)

  • Mimosa or Champagne Bar: $50 (Serves up to 25 | Includes juices, garnishes and glassware)

  • Self Serve snack bar: starting at $100 (Serves up to 25 | Includes popcorn, chips or charcuterie style snacks)

  • Cocktail Service (Bartender & Bar Setup): starting at $300 (guests bring their own alcohol)

  • Photo backdrop rental: $35 (greenery wall, flower wall, neon sign)

  • Photoshoot lighting & tripod: $35
